Facility Manager
Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:

• Develops effective and attainable work program
• Coordinates fleet and facility maintenance programs
• Manages and direct the operations of supervisors and their assigned workers
• Supervises shop operations include a variety of scheduled equipment set-up activities, preventive and routine maintenance activities
• Develops and promotes effective work programs
• Manages and direct work program for the operation & maintenance of buildings, power plant, plumbing systems, electrical systems, computer networks, alarm systems, landscaping and parking areas
• Prepares budget and work scopes for contracted maintenance activities
• Manages equipment maintenance requests
• Identifies and pursues opportunities to optimize effectiveness
• Manage the accounts payable function of the parts and equipment procurement process
• Develops and administer management
• Prepares and presents information concerning operational effectiveness and service levels to upper management, elected officials and the media

Requirements:

• Academic degree in electrical engineering or related field
• Comprehensive knowledge of equipment and facility maintenance program and procedures
• Comprehensive knowledge of job safety principles and practices
• Considerable knowledge of budget preparation and control implementation
• Ability to make effective and persuasive speeches and presentation on conventional or complex topics to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors
• Hospitality exposure, excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and leaderships
• Minimum 10 years experience at Management level
• Minimum 10 years experience of facilities management of multiple site locations or a mixed use development
• Excellent IT literacy skills in MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Must be able to work on own initiative with a proactive and flexible attitude
• Must have a smart appearance
• Indonesian or Expatriate will be advantageous
• Will be based in Jakarta, Indonesia
