Responsibilities:
- Trucking arrangement & custom clearance monitoring
- B/L: Liner receipt
- Shipping document management: C/I, P/L, C/O
- Ocean/Air import/export order and document / Data handling(C/I, P/L)
- Shipping particular management
- Bill of Lading check operation
- Bill of Lading receiving and transmission & shipment tracing management
- Invoicing management
- ERP system management
Requirements:
- Male / Female
- Min 1~2 year experience at forwarding company
- Able to communicate in English
- Computer literate, excellent command in Microsoft product specially MS Office & Windows
- Diligent, highly Motivated and committed individuals
