Responsibilities:
- Supervising Receptionist, Drivers and Office Helpers in day to day works
- Managing the purchase process of office supplies, furniture and consumables
- Building and office management – liaising with building management on the fulfillment of safety, hygiene and security to ensure good service & compliance.
- Handling office secretarial and legal documents including expat formalities follow ups.
- Managing business travel bookings for all staff thru appointed travel agent and travel insurance company, including visa application and other travel follow ups to ensure adherence tocompany travel policy.
- Supervising the car pool, courier & postal services, and the use of taxi vouchers.
- Checking and acknowledgement of incoming letters, office management related invoices and corporate phone bills for payment process.
- Handling office renovation and redesign when needed, including theme seasonal decoration.
Requirements:
- Experience in office secretarial and general affairs supervisory is essential.
- Fluent in English verbal and & written communication is a must.
- Understanding of SOP on Purchasing and Environmental Health and Safety is a plus.
- Computer skills
- Coordinating skills, ability to work efficiently with minimum supervision
