Responsibilities:

• Prepare job advertisements based on “Employee request” and publish it.
• Arrange interview schedule with User.
• Monitoring of Employee Absent, Attendance, Leave  Claim, and Complaint
• Monitoring of  office needs , office cleaning (related : driver & office boy)
• Monitoring of expire of all company contract document  (related: office rent, insurance, working permit, vehicle road tax)
• Good knowledge of IT technologies (related software, phone, fax, email, internet) and computer applications (e.g. MS Office)  & accounting
• Doing on collection & completeness customer data from sales dept .
• Receiving all invoices from Vendors & preparing payment voucher

Requirements:

• S-1 or D3 from Management .
• Female , Age max 28 years old
• Young & dynamic person.
• Understanding and familiar with government laws and regulations regarding human resources practice.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good command in English is a MUST.
• Can work under pressure, minimum supervision, mature, self motivated, hard working.
• Willing to work in long hours  .
• Availability join immediately.
