Mulia Industry is a group of manufacture company which consist of two operating subsidiaries, namely Mulia Glass and Mulia Keramik Indah Raya. Mulia Industry was established in 1986. Has been listed at the Jakarta Stock Exchange and started to go public in 1994 as PT. Mulia Industrindo, Tbk. Up to now, all production process take place in Cikarang with +/- 7.500 employees. 

To strengthen our company development, now we are looking professional candidates to fill in the position as:

HR Plant
Cikarang (Jawa Barat)

Responsibilities:

• Control general office and personnel matters such as jamsostek, insurance, absenteeism, over time, locker, canteen, and other general tasks.
• Helping other HR functions (competency model for employee, monitor the effectiveness of program 5R or TQM)

Requirements:

• Male 28-35 years old
• Bachelor degree from reputable university with min GPA = 2.75
• Minimal 5 years experience as HR Generalist in Manufacturing company.
• Dynamic, strong analytical skill and strong leadership.
• Familiar with updated HR concept and issues.
• Solid knowledge and background in all HR area.
• Ability to design and implementing HR strategy to improve organization.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the credibility to interact with senior levels or management from both internal and external perspective.
• Willing to be placed in Cikarang (We provide shuttle bus for employee).
