We are one of Indonesia’s largest one-stop shopping and entertainment center in west district of Jakarta. Currently, we are looking for highly dedicated and qualified applicant to fill several positions of :

Leasing Manager (LM)
Tangerang (Banten) - Karawaci

Responsibilities:

• Direct and coordinate the activities of leasing staff and contract personnel and evaluate their performance.
• Responsible for monitoring leasing, lease assignment or lease termination on insolvent tenant, tenancy mix and opening of leased unit. 
• Propose unit prices, leasing revenue and occupancy rate target based on survey comparison on surrounding competitors to be approved by Management. 
• Coordinate LOO, leasing report preparation, casual & wall sign & pole sign lease, LOI preparation for newly offered prospective tenant. 
• Ensures established target is met.
• Ensures that non-productive area generates revenue for the company

Requirements:

• Female, max 35 years old
• S1 in any major from reputable university with  min GPA 3.00 (Preferable from overseas graduate)
• Min 5 years experiences as Leasing Manager in Shopping Center
• Leaderships, Good Communication Skill, Honest and Discipline
• Fluent in English ( both speaking and writing
• Able to use Microsoft Office)
