Due to the rapid business growth, now Fujitsu Indonesia is looking for experienced IT professional as well as fresh-graduate student from technical and electronic field to fulfill the below position:

Responsibilities:

As an Admin, you will be responsible in supporting team’s member in complying Business administration process and doing general administration task. You will assist to do project administration tasks in term of meeting business process, travel arrangement for Country Head Group Manager and Group Manager, and hold meeting arrangement for Board of Directors. Your responsible will include creating some monthly reports in order to update information to Board of Directors and filing various administration documents.

Requirements:

You are required to have deep technical skills to operate Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, power point) and excellent command of written and spoken in English. You must have min 2 years experiences as an Admin. You must be able to work under pressure and minimal supervision. You must have ability to understand and capture business and technical requirements. You are self motivated, quick learner, proactive, discipline, and honest.
