Responsibilities:
Maximize human capital in BINA NUSANTARA by contributing in the Recruitment & Assessment process:
Conduct psychological test procedure and interview
Conduct Talent Sourcing Activities
Maximize use of Recruitment & Assessment budget
Maintain Cooperative level with other business units or directorate by providing information/recommendation of prospective employees to all departments/users
Align HR planning with business strategy by executing projects in the area of Recruitment & Assessment
Manage talent within the organization by implementing competency based recruitment which in alignment with organization business strategy
Ensuring quality of workforce by supporting all Recruitment & Assessment process
Optimize service delivery for all processes in Recruitment & Assessment Department

Requirements:
Min. Bachelor Degree in Psychology, with min. GPA 2.75
Max. age 30 year-old
Has min. 1 year working experience in a relevant position or field
Has working experience in education field, would be considered as an advantage
Hands on administration of psychological assessment tools and able to conduct competency based interview
Certified Psychologist would be an advantage
Self-motivated but also a Team Player at the same time
Excellent written and spoken English
Good analytical & conceptual thinking skills, creative & innovative
Computer proficiency and familiar with the Internet
Good communication skills
 
Willing to work on Saturdays and to be posted in all BINUS units/locations
