PT. A.W. Faber-Castell Indonesia is one of the subsidiary company of A.W. Faber-Castell, AG Germany, which has been established since 1761, as a pioneer of stationery industry in the world, producing the wooden-case pencils for the office, school, technical drawings and arts with “Faber-Castell” brand, which comply with Faber-Castell International Standards.

The Company always makes sure that all products comply with safety and health regulation such as the European Standard EN 71, continuously improve safety and health at work and also develop and produce safety products to customer and also give minimum impact to environment. The Company obtained Quality Management System Certificate ISO 9001 in 2002 and Environmental Management System Certificate ISO 14001 in 2003. In 2008 we also obtained FSC-CoC Certificate FSC-STD-40-004. This achievement encourages us to keep improving our quality and placing particular emphasis on protecting the environment as well.

 

URGENTLY REQUIRED

 

The next step of our further development system is we will start to use modern and full automatic machineries in our manufacturing process. The reason is to increase the production capacity, quality, skill and also to rising the working standard of employees.

            To achieved our objective, PT. AW. Faber-Castell Indonesia is urgently seeking new candidates who have high motivation for the following post:

SAP Business Process Owner for MM(Material Mngmnt) and PP(Production Planning)
Bekasi (Jawa Barat)

Responsibilities:

• Further development and enhancement of the above mentioned business process areas and standards in SAP R/3.
• Participation in the implementation of the local SAP‐rollouts in Asia and improvement projects in close cooperation with our Global Corporate IT department and our Global Process Owners.
• Consolidation of business re
• quirements in the above mentioned SAP modules as well as definition and further development of Cbusiness process standards.
• Performing concept and delta workshops, creation of customer specification, approval of performance specification, test execution as well as supporting the key‐ and end‐users during the stabilization phase after go‐live.
• Coordination with the affected departments, the Global Business Process Owners and the global acting Corporate IT department (feasibility, necessity, consistency with strategies).
• Intensive communication and change management, documentation of business processes.

Requirements:

• Relevant university degree with focus on the above mentioned respective business area.
• Extensive implementation and usage experience with the above mentioned respective SAP business area (methods/procedures) and substantial and proven experience in design and optimization of the above mentioned business processes within business organizations.
• Minimum 6 years business experience in the above mentioned respective business area and 3 years SAP experience, ideally in a complete SAP implementation project.
• (Sub‐) project management experience. Experience in consumer goods industry.
• Initiative, persuasiveness, assertiveness and consistent target tracking.
• Ability to think analytically, willingness to work in a team and good communication skills.
• Fluent English and one Asian language. Willingness to work in international projects with extensive travel activity.
