PT Mustika Citra Rasa (Holland Bakery) is the biggest and well known Bakery with more than 150 outlets in Indonesia which currently needs a professional to fill the position of:

BUILDING AND PROPERTY MANAGEMENT MANAGER

Responsibility :

1. Find and propose to board of Director for the new business units which have big potential for company business development.
2. Coordinate counter development implementation, prepare marketing business’s unit from beginning until it’s ready to operate with the efficiency cost.
3. Coordinate monitoring implementation and property building maintenance so the function and appearance are always in the maximum standard with the efficiency cost.

Qualification:

• Male, Max. 37 years old 
• Min degree on S1 Technic / Architecture / Management, with min. GPA of 3.00. Applicants who do not include their GPA in their resume will not be processed.
• Minimum experience 5 years in managerial position especially in property area.
• Decision making, have a good analytical thinking and strategic.
• Good sense of business.
• Excellent leadership skill.
• Good communication and negotiation skill. 
• Fluent in Mandarin is an advantage.
• Familiar with computer application in MS Office..
