We need a mature and experienced Project Manager, a high energy and pleasant personality person who enjoys creating, developing and provide solution to deliver a project in a timely and best result to customer and company. He should have a positive attitude in managing installer team to support his goals.

Responsibilities:

• Calculate and give proposal of material quantity and other source needs to sales person based on customer info/drawing
• Plan, direct and manage ongoing project progress and schedule from beginning to end and effectively communicate them to sales team and installer team in a timely and clear fashion
• Plan, direct and supervise installer team
• Develop and maintain full‐scale project plans/proposals and other related documents such as daily/weekly/monthly progress reports, installer weekly payment plan
• Identify and resolve all issues, especially technical, that is related to project

Requirements:

• Male
• University graduate, age 28 to 35 years
• Minimum 3 years experience in interior/architecture project, preferably familiar in flooring product
• Ambitious, highly self‐motivated person
• Strong influencing and negotiating skills
• Be able to work under pressure, eager to deal with challenges
• Have passion in Interior/Architecture business
• Good verbal & written English and MS Office is essential
• Possess a driving license
