Responsibilities:

• To run effectively export and import operation function, arrangements, procedures, and maintains current information on import-export tariffs, licenses, and restrictions both air and ocean freight, export import documentations (Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, BL, PEB & EDI) Maintain a good relationship with forwarders, airlines and shipping lines Be aware of the risks

Requirements:

• Female, max, 30 years old.
• Minimal S1, preferable from Technical Background i.e. Industrial Engineering
• Understand Import/Export Regulation is a must.
• Familiar with EDI System, PEB & PIB.
• Experience : Minimum 1 – 2 years experience in same position (especially from Forwarding Company).
• Computer literate skill.
• Excellent team work.
