as:

General Affairs Officer (GAOT)
Jakarta Raya - Gedung TMT 1, Jln Cilandak KKO No.1, Jakarta

Responsibilities:

This position is responsible for administering general affairs function which includes:

• Administering Purchase Request and Purchase Order for office supplies and company events, including vendor sourcing & appointing.
• Administering company vehicle's permit renewal and routine maintenance.
• Administering company vehicle disposal, including buyer identification, sourcing, and executing transaction as planned.
• Handling Office-Building Permits, including renewal and new permit required.
• Coordinating Office Support incl. officeboy, driver, security, and receptionist.
• Establishing mutual relationship with another SBU's GA within TMT (Tiara Marga Trakindo group), governments, and vendors.
• Developing GA-related SOPs / Working Instructions.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in General Affairs, especially from property, FMCG, or dealership business background
• Ability to use MS Office (Words, Excel, Power Point) is a must.
• He/she must have SIM A and able to drive car.
• We prefer those who possess basic otomotive knowledge.
• Also the candidate must possess good interpersonal skill, self-leadership, and integrity.
• Full-Time positions available.
