Fashion Lab. Coordinator
Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the effectiveness of operation process in Fashion laboratory
• Coordinate and Monitor the traffic flow of equipments utilization in Fashion laboratory (textile &sewing room)
• Ensure accuracy of the inventory list of equipments in Fashion laboratory (textile &sewing room)
• Conduct calibration, maintenance, and corrective action process for equipments in Fashion laboratory (textile &sewing room)
• Provide administration / operational support in Fashion laboratory
• Record and maintain documents related to laboratory activities
• Assist in organizing event management for Art & Design events & activities (e.g. exhibition, workshop, etc)
• Ensure the availability, readiness, and preparation for the display for final thesis
• Monitor and maintain the storage of school portfolio
• Ensure excellent operational process and service for all stakeholders

Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor Degree in relevant major, with min. GPA 2.75
• Max. age 33 year-old
• Have 2+ years working experience, preferrably in the same field of work
• Good interpersonal skills
• Must be creative, detail
• Have good administrative Skill
• Have sewing Skill
• Self-motivated and a Team Player at the same time
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Good analytical & conceptual thinking skills, creative and innovative
• Computer proficiency and familiar with the internet
• Good communication skills
• Willing to work on Saturdays and to be posted in all BINUS units/locations
