System Development and Operation Support (SDOS)

Responsibilities:

• Involved in various projects related to offline system design and implementation, integrated and non integrated ones
• To maintain systems related databases and their interfaces to support various internal processes
• Handle and maintain systems related inquiries and usage of system related to Debt Information System
• Handle and maintain systems related inquiries and usage of system related to company database
• Analyze requirement and develop solution to improve efficiency and effectiveness , for example in form of tool creation for internal user to support internal process , such as in automation opportunities
• Provide certain reports related to processes handled
• Communicate to vendors and/or other department on projects handled
• Manage people whose duties are to do people data inquiry and routine tasks

Requirements:

• Hold minimum of Undergraduate (S-1) degree majoring in Information Systems / Computer Science / Mathematics / Engineering from reputable university
• Having 1-2 years working experience in banking / financial institution environment will be an advantage
• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
• Strong in system thinking, analyzing skill, visual basic, Macro Excel, MS Access , SQL, Java, other
• Do well under pressure
• Have good ability in multitasking
• Have creativity and eagerness to learn and implement new and innovativeways
