Requirements:

• Male / Female, Max 30 years old, single
• Degree holder from Psychology /  Management Operation
• Having 2-3 years working experience in HRD
• Having good experience and knowledge in Payroll, Manpower in Indonesian Government Regulation (UU No. 13 Ketenagakerjaan)
• Conduct with Jamsostek Depnaker and Government institution
• Having good knowledge in use psychological test and making psychological report.
• Competent in Interview, test, check references, select candidates and provide feedback to unsuccessful candidates based on the job's pre-established selection criteria and the organization’s recruitment policies.
• Assess employee performance.
• Facilitate organizational development and change
• Having good analytical thinking and communication skill
