We are a large and most prestigious property management company which owns and manages portfolio of shopping mall, hotel and office buildings in Jakarta

 

Now we are seeking the best and qualified people to fill the following position:

Collections Controller Manager
Jakarta Barat (Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

• Assess and review the work of collections control team to ensure that all staff has take action in accordance with schedule, deadline and targeted plan.
• Improve collection control team performance by developing staff performance and productivity.
• Approve billing, outstanding breakdown, statement of account, instruction, memo, letter and report in order to ensure instruction and information to tenant and related department are in accordance with Mal Taman Anggrek rules and regulation and Lease Agreement and Conditions.
• Monitor stock-tacking and storage room activity to ensure that it’s been operated in accordance with Mal Taman Anggrek rules and procedures
• Approve reconciliationand statement of account in accordance with the lease expiry of early termination condition in order to produce accurate statement of account of lease expiry or early termination lease.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree (S1) in Accounting or Finance with four years of experience in related fields.
• Having good leadership skill, independent and self-motovated.
• Being a team player and strong problem solving skill.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command in English
• Good Command in Microsoft Office Software, i.e Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, and Power Point.
