Requirements:

• Diploma/University, majoring in Psychology/Human Resources Management
• Able to design and develop testing tool, training and development plan, balance scorecard-key performance indicator, performance appraisal, industrial relationship, coaching and counseling, etc
• Able to read mechanical drawing and able to operate measuring equipment
• Able to communicate in English both spoken and written
• Able to speak Japanese or Mandarin is an advantage
• Can operate computer
• All candidates must have a strong interpersonal skill, good communication skill and hard working
• SLTA/SMK/Diploma/University fresh graduated with majoring related to the position is welcome
